Where do you deliver, and how long does it take?
We deliver within the United States only. Processing takes 1–2 business days and transit takes 5–7 business days, for an estimated total of 6–9 business days. Standard shipping is free on all US orders.
Will I have to pay import charges?

Can I return an item?
You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition, with packaging and tags intact. Contact info@rowenfield.com for return authorization and instructions before shipping.
Who pays for return shipping?
Return postage for a change of mind is paid by the customer. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, Rowenfield covers the return costs and provides a prepaid label. There are no restocking fees.
When will I receive my refund?
Returns are inspected within 3 business days after receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank may take another 3–5 business days to credit the funds.
